Dated notices, read against the rulebook

Announcements come with dates and expiry habits; the rules underneath move slower. This page keeps the five that matter and says how to read each one.

Dated operator notices

Halloween Fest 2026

A 10% shipping subsidy runs October 10-16 (Beijing time) and a 1,300-yuan coupon pack under code KAKOHALLOWEEN has a stated claim period of October 10–31. The subsidy has a stated November 30, 2026 expiry; each claimed coupon has its own use conditions and expiry.

How to read it: Dated promotions lapse; the rulebook pages behind them (storage, QC scope, route minimums) do not move on the same calendar.

EU duty-free lines update

Duty-free shipping lines continue for all EU destinations, with applicable taxes and duties stated as included.

How to read it: Confirm at the estimator which lines show the duty-free icon for your country before you count on it.

EU category-based customs fee

In its notice dated 23 June 2026, the operator describes a category-based charge and states it charges only EUR 3 per parcel regardless of category count, folded into shipping at parcel submission, and may withdraw the subsidy with notice.

How to read it: A withdrawable subsidy is a promotion, not a policy; re-check the notice before a large mixed-category parcel.

US tax-free routes

Tax-free routes are offered for US users at roughly $5-10 more per package than USPS; non-exempt routes leave clearance to the user.

How to read it: Price the difference at the estimator against your parcel weight, not against the announcement.

New-user coupons

New registrations receive 3,000 yuan (about $410) in coupons per the dated announcement.

How to read it: Coupon packs are tiered against minimum spends; read the tiers before treating the headline figure as money.

How this page handles claims

Official EU customs notice explaining the three euro per parcel policy from July 2026
The EU notice of 2026-06-23 in the operator's own words, including the sentence that it may withdraw the subsidy with notice. That sentence is the difference between a policy and a promotion.

Promotions are not policies

A rule lives in the help centre and changes rarely; a promotion lives in an announcement and carries its own expiry. The EU three-euro arrangement is explicitly withdrawable; the Halloween subsidy has end dates printed on it; the new-user coupon figure is quoted here only from its dated announcement because the operator's own pages have displayed it three different ways. When a number on this guide ages past its notice, the notice wins and the guide gets corrected.

Community word travels faster than announcements: the official subreddit and Discord both carried the Halloween pack before most buyers saw the ticker. Fast is not authoritative. The reliable reading order is community for the alert, announcement for the dates, help centre for the rule that survives the promotion.

Editorial review: 16 October 2026; underlying notices remain dated archives. Facts carry the capture date 2026-10-10 unless a notice states its own; the historical FX / standard-service comparison retains its 8 October 2026 snapshot date. When any of those dates grows stale, treat the live pages as senior to this archive.

How to use community feedback

Look for reports that identify the order date, destination, shipping line and stage where a problem occurred. Compare several recent accounts with similar parcels. A post about slow seller dispatch is not evidence that every international route is slow.

Separate first-hand tracking or order evidence from referral posts, repeated screenshots and undated claims. Verify the resulting question in the current help centre or with account support. Community feedback is useful for identifying questions, but does not override the order terms.

Historical offers below are included as dated notices. Eligibility, coupon tiers and the amount actually accepted at checkout must be checked on the live official page.
