Seven situations the service is not built for

Tick what describes your order and read the checks it calls for. Nothing here scores the agent; it maps your needs against rules the operator publishes itself.

Policy examples captured 10 October 2026. Check the live terms for your order; tutorial screens show older interface examples.

Interactive check

The fit finder

Each situation below comes from one published rule, not from opinion. Tick any that apply; the output is the list of things to confirm before money moves. Two minutes here beats a support ticket that lands outside the support window.

Tick what describes your order

What to confirm before you rely on this agent

Nothing ticked yet. Each situation you tick adds the checks it calls for.

Official shipping estimator form with destination, weight and goods type fields
Most confirmations land on this form. The estimator is public, needs no account, and prices your real weight against every line, including the ones your parcel cannot board yet.

    Seven mismatches

The same seven, in plain prose

    Sealed and electronic goods

The inspection rules are one paragraph long and worth reading verbatim: appearance only, meaning model, style, and size. Only garments, bags, suitcases, and shoes are opened. Sealed packs and sealing-strip packaging stay closed, and for electronics the check explicitly excludes authenticity, function, and quality. If your purchase depends on any of those three words, the free check cannot carry that weight. Details on the inspection page.

    Light parcels

On the 2026-10-10 estimator run, two US UPS lines required 2,000 g, HKUPS required 2,501 g, and UK Line-B(>5kg) required 5,001 g. A light parcel still ships fine; it just cannot board the rows that make the pricing table look good. Run your real weight and read the grey rows on the shipping page.

    Weekend-only time

Live chat runs 9am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday BST. Buyers work 9:00 to 18:00 UTC+8, seven days for the mainstream marketplaces but weekdays only for the rest. A Saturday support question can fall outside the stated chat window; purchasing may still operate for the listed seven-day marketplaces; the hours page converts both.

    Second-hand and picture-bar sources

Xianyu, Yupoo and other sources require a check of the exact product link and seller. If the order uses Fill & Buy, read that form’s verification, after-sales and cancellation limits before payment. Automatic import and return eligibility are separate: second-hand goods can be excluded even if their link imports.

    Exact budgets

The captured policy states no purchase handling fee, but this is only one part of total cost. Official pages name two ¥8 charges with an unresolved relationship and conflicting PayPal rates. The +8.5% historical FX / standard-service comparison is not a current exchange quote or a separate charge. Anyone pricing to the dollar should rebuild the total on the costs page first.

    Hard deadlines

The dated tutorial indicates 3 to 5 working hours for review and 3 to 5 days for domestic delivery, without guaranteeing either, and storage, inspection, and parcel assembly all sit between payment and dispatch. Delay insurance pays out at 20% of the shipping fee only past 30 or 40 days, which is compensation, not a promise of speed. The order flow page puts a clock on every step.

    Judging items from QC photos

The number of free photos per order is published nowhere on the official site; we looked on 2026-10-10. Paid extra photos cost 2 yuan per piece within 24 hours. If a specific angle decides your keep-or-return, order that angle explicitly rather than hoping the default set includes it.

Official sign-up card with email, password and optional invitation code fields
The sign-up card itself. It asks for an email, a password, and an optional invitation code: registration is the easy part, which is exactly why it belongs after the fit check, not before.

    Decide whether to register

Nothing above requires an account. The estimator is public, the help centre is public, and the shelves on this guide are public. Run the checks first; the account can be created whenever the answers come back acceptable.

When they do not, the result is not a verdict on the agent. It is one mismatch, between one published rule and one order, found before it cost anything.

How to use your fit-check result

Tick every relevant situation, read the resulting questions and open the matching detailed guide. Untick an item when it no longer applies, or use Clear selections to start again. Nothing is sent or saved by this tool.

If all seven boxes are clear, still check the seller, exact variant, prohibited-item rules and an eligible shipping route. An empty result means no listed concern was selected; it is not approval of the purchase.

When two concerns apply to one order

A sealed electronic item needed for a fixed date has two independent problems: a box photo cannot test operation, and a faster international route cannot recover an unknown seller dispatch time. Confirm both before paying. Resolving only the shipping question does not make the inspection adequate.

For a small parcel with an exact budget, first establish an eligible route for the actual goods, then estimate packed weight and dimensions. If the route or final payment cost remains unknown, keep the order on the shortlist instead of treating an optimistic estimate as a spending limit.
